Serving a number of western and southern destinations in the US and other destinations in Europe, Tucson International Airport acts as a main gateway to the south of Arizona. Located to the south of downtown Tucson, the airport handles more than three million passengers each year.
The airport boasts full facilities for passengers. ATMs and exchange currency services can be found on level 2. Other services include a lost property service, stamp machines and post boxes. A first-aid section and shoe shine service are also available at Tucson International Airport.
There are many shops scattered around the terminal building. Shops include newsagents, gift shops, jewellery shops and a golf store. The most famous outlets among shoppers are the Paradise Shop and Desert house amalgamations which offer local, high quality products.
On the second and third floors of the building, passengers can find a number of eateries. Level 2 is home to a Mexican restaurant and a bar, while many cafés and bars can be found on both concourses. To kill time, passengers can also walk around and admire art exhibitions, which situated throughout the terminal.
Conference rooms and business facilities are located on level 3, while there is an internet café on the east concourse. Data ports are available throughout the terminal.
Transportation at Tucson International Airport

Shuttle buses are an ideal transport choice for those travelling in a big group. A shared-ride minibus service is provided by Arizona Stagecoach and leaves the airport regularly. Those who wish to use this service should contact the reservation desk in the Baggage Claim area.
Most hotels in Tucson provides free courtesy pick ups at the airport. It is strongly recommended that you book this service in advance before arriving at the airport. Taking a taxi is the fastest way to get to your destination at your own convenience. The companies that operate taxis from the airport include AAA Airport Taxi, Allstate Cab and Yellow Cab.
Parking at Tucson International Airport
Passengers can choose to use a short-term, long-term or economy parking option at the airport. Both short-term and long-term car parks are located right in front of the terminal and have different methods of charging.
For those who wish to park their car for a long period, the remote economy car park provides 5,600 parking spaces. This car park is located farther away from the terminal than other car parks, but is connected to the airport by a free shuttle bus.
